Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent. In some cases, tracking may take longer to show movement while the package is being transferred between carriers.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Shipping Delays

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, building reception, nearby delivery area, or with neighbors.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages to help deliver items faster.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
